When will it arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Estimated Delivery: 7–12 Business Days. Delivery is free to all UK addresses and you will receive a tracking number by email. For Christmas, please order by 5 December. See our delivery information.
What can I engrave?
Up to 12 characters on each heart: two names, initials, a date or two words. Engraving is free, and you can also leave the hearts blank.
Is it ready to give?
Yes. It arrives in the rose gift box with its own gift bag, so there is nothing to wrap.
Can I return it?
Yes, if it hasn't been engraved. Just tell us within 14 days of delivery. Engraved pieces are made just for you, so we can't take them back if you change your mind.
